Daily exercise is the key to keeping your heart and muscle & skeletal systems in check. You heart needs to be worked harder on a regular basis so that is becomes stronger. Being physically fit means you can do things that require more strength, you can do this for longer without getting tired, and you’ll generally feel more energetic too!
3) Meditation + Sleep + Oxygen
Neglecting the brain is one of the worst things you can do to yourself. We have made many medical discoveries over the years, but most of them pertain to the body below the neck. The brain still largely remains a mystery, however we do know that the brain requires adequate amounts of sleep, oxygen and downtime. Getting a good night’s rest every night while allowing your brain to recover from the day before bed is an absolutely awesome way to keep yourself in a good mental state. You’ve probably been told the importance of water many times, I don’t think we need to reiterate how vital it is to drink lots of fluids!
